Dear Senator McCain,

Did you seriously just choose Sarah Palin as your running mate? I am truly baffled by this blatant attempt to lure Hillary Clinton supporters who were mainly voting for her because she is a woman. (I love me some Hillary, but let's face it, she's barely a woman, anyway.)

Time and time again you have claimed that Barack Obama does not have the record to lead as President. While I disagree, it IS a strong argument I felt could potentially help you win as the common American is terrified of the unknown; HOWEVER, by selecting Ms. Palin, the lovely doll of a woman that she is, you have completely voided your argument. Ms. Palin is currently serving her FIRST term as Governor of Alaska. Prior to that, she was mayor of a small town. Don't like 12 people live in all of Alaska, anyway? Such experience! What Ms. Palin DOES have going for her is that she is a political outsider who has shaken up this system. Hmmm... sounds familiar. Also, noting that you are just about 100 years old, I think there is a real possibility that this Christian Conservative, anti-gay, anti-abortion VP nom may have to step in at some point... and that's just super. She's certainly no Hillary.
